So, you've made up your mind to go on the Atkins Low Carb Diet. It's certainly not your first diet and until you've tried this one, you can't be sure that it will be your last dieting attempt either. You go home full of excitement and plans to buy that little black dress you've had your eye on now for a few weeks.
